From buying widgets to email to watching movie clips, every action taken out here in the electronic wilds of the net has to do with some sort of relationship. We recognize that anything we create is going to be directly involved in a relationship of some sort.
This understanding is reflected in our design process. We work very hard to establish a relationship with our clients. That relationship allows us to craft a user experience that establishes the optimum relationship between that user and our client.
We also understand that any work we do will also have an impact on users that is independent of our clients. User's have a direct interaction with our product. With such a personal connection with users, even with folks we will never see or meet, we feel an aspect of our own vision is extended to the user. Providing the very best product and experience is the very least we can do.
